Consulting adaptation of the Trade Union Training Notebook on Responsible Business Conduct to the Guatemalan context, with analysis of freedom of association in the sugar, cocoa, wood, palm oil sectors, DWT/CO-San Jose GTM Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: A specialized consultancy is required for the review, updating and methodological adaptation of the Trade Union Training Notebook on Responsible Business Conduct, with the aim of contextualizing its content to the Guatemalan environment. The work will include the incorporation of an updated analysis on the main challenges in terms of freedom of association in the prioritized sectors, based on field visits, interviews with key actors and documentary review. The final product should facilitate the multiplication of training processes aimed at leaders unions and those responsible for union education, integrating due diligence approaches, human rights and good organizational practices.
