of the Labor (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out a job as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: A specialized consultancy is required for the review, update and methodological adaptation of the Trade Union Training Notebook on Business Conduct Responsible, with the aim of contextualizing its content to the Guatemalan environment. on the main challenges regarding freedom of association in the prioritized sectors, based on field visits, interviews with key actors y documentary review. The final product must facilitate the multiplication of training processes aimed at union leaders and those responsible for union education, integrating due diligence approaches, human rights and good organizational practices. identify weaknesses, opportunities and needs for union training, proposing tools that strengthen the capacities of union organizations in the country.
