• Dear bidder, The International Labor Office ILO is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The International Labor Organization (ILO), within the framework of the PAGE initiative (Partnership for Action on Green Economy), implements actions aimed at strengthening the green economy, just transition and sustainable development in Guatemala. This consultancy aims to implement Module 2 “Greening My Business” of the ILO “My Green Business” program, aimed at strengthening the capacities of up to 50 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the departments of Retalhuleu and Alta Verapaz, in sustainable value chains such as cocoa and avocado. The consultant will be responsible for the planning, methodological adaptation and implementation of the training process, including the facilitation of sessions in hybrid mode, as well as the provision of individualized technical assistance to the development of business greening plans. Likewise, the consultancy will include coordination with relevant institutional actors, accompaniment to participants during the training process and the systematization of results, lessons learned and recommendations to strengthen the adoption of sustainable business models.
