Call for external collaborators. Hiring an expert in child labor to update and validate, with a cultural relevance focus, the CODEPETI Operation Guide, Project Supporting the Agricultural, Green and Sustainable Chain, Guatemala to whom InterestThe ILO seeks to hire an expert in child labor to update and validate the CODEPETI Operation Guide. The work includes: Review the current content of the guide and identify gaps and parts that require update. Incorporate recent regulations, including: Government Agreement 11-2019 and its reform 25-2024. Roadmap 2022-2025 for the prevention and eradication of child labor. International Instruments of Responsible Business Conduct (UN Guiding Principles, ILO Tripartite Declaration, OECD Guidelines). Integrate a culturally relevant approach and ensure coherence with the institutional framework of the GEDS. Validation will be carried out in two phases: Sectoral meetings with the Technical Board, CODEPETI, employer sector (CAMAGRO) and worker sector (unions). Final validation with the MINTRAB. The consultant will prepare the updated version of the guide following APA 7 standards, with regulatory and operational annexes, and will deliver the product in editable and PDF format. The consultancy will have a total duration of 16 days, distributed between review, validations, writing the draft and final delivery. Interested parties must express their interest and send their proposal within the date limit, following the instructions and TDR available on the ILO electronic supply platform. Thank you.
