The United Nations Program for Development called UNDP, within the framework of the 128603 project "NDCP PNUD Guatemala Program", invites possible proponents to present a proposal for consulting: "Development of the financing and investment strategy for theImplementation of the NDC ", in accordance with the general conditions of the contract and the reference terms established in this application for proposal (RFP). The present consulting seeks to develop point 1) cost and gap analysis for the implementation of the NDC roadmap and strategyinvestment; This strategy can be an input for a future Integrated National Financial Framework (INFF). The frame is a voluntary approach, led by each country according to the national context and its priorities.
