- Request for proposals are invited for Preventing Gender-Based Violence through Popular Education Tetra Tech ARD is the Prime Contractor for the USAID funded Guatemala Urban Municipal Governance (UMG) Project and is soliciting proposals for RFP No. 1869-UMG-01/2022 “Preventing Gender-Based Violence through Popular Education”. The objective of this activity is to reduce gender-based violence and develop social, and behavior change communication activities. Tetra Tech ARD plans to engage an international firm to develop a comic book series in print and virtual media platforms, media campaigns, and training reaching a wide audience with creative informational material.
