- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to ensure that global human rights and gender equity standards and commitments translate into action and programs at the country level in Guatemala by supporting stakeholders to respond effectively to human rights and gender challenges in the context of the AIDS response.Scope of work includes:• Technical assistance provided to develop the last stages of the PLHIV stigma index 2.0 and follow up to the recommendations of the PLHIV stigma index 2.0• Technical assistance provided to a youth led organisation on a project to foster youth and women leadership in the HIV response.• Technical assistance provided to a CBO supported by UNAIDS to address violence and discrimination faced by women living with HIV in community settings.• Technical assistance provided to a network of lawyers to increase access to justice for people living with HIV and key populations.• Technical guidance provided to a coalition of rights and HIV organisations for the development and dissemination of its annual report on the Human Rights Situation of PLHIV and Most at R...
