- The United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, within the framework of Project 133262 "Global Biodiversity Framework Early Action Support", invites National or Foreign Companies or Organizations to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditionses of the Contract and the Terms of Reference set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The general objective is to strengthen the technical/legal capacities of the National Council of Protected Areas (CONAP) that allow the updating of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Accident Plan.NBSAP ion in line with the post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), as well as the Biodiversity Financing Plan to assist in the implementation of the updated action plan and the fulfillment of national and international commitments on biodiversity.
